Returns and Refunds


  • Returns of goods supplied in accordance with the customer’s orders cannot be accepted without prior consent of Synergy Biologics. Pre-paid postage will be arranged for the returns to be made. Credit notes on accounts will be produced in terms of refunds.


  • Failure to take receipt of delivery may incur charges. Please provide alternate delivery i.e. neighbours at point of sale.


  • Refunds are only issued at the discretion of Synergy Biologics.


Damage / Loss in Transit


  • Synergy Biologics accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s requirements with respect to notification of damage, shortage or non-delivery of goods. Goods should be inspected on receipt and damage/shortage advised to ourselves by calling 01922 705 101.


  • Damages must be reported within 2 Business days from receipt of delivery.


  • Damaged goods must be retained for inspection at the company’s discretion. Damaged goods returned to the company will only be accepted if prior agreement has been made.


  • Non Delivery must be advised via telephone or email within 14 days of placing the order.
