All orders received before 2pm, for Mainland UK, are shipped from our storage warehouse in Walsall, UK, if we have the item in stock. If the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and let you know the lead time on your purchase, which is normally 2-3 days.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local / Public Holidays and between Christmas Eve to New Years Day.
Orders placed on the weekend of Public Holidays will be processed and sent on the next business day.
Customers must allow 10 working days for delivery before we will reship or refund orders purchased on this site.
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you have provided.
We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.
In the unlikely event, that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate shipment, the item(s) will be shipped immediately once back in stock with no additional shipping charges.
Shipping Methods and Charges
Standard Delivery - Sent using the Royal Mail delivery network, untracked at a cost of £2.00. With this method of delivery, you will receive your order within 4-5 business days. This shipping method is Free of Charge on orders over the value of £15.
Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Signed For - Sent using the Royal Mail delivery network, tracked at a cost of £4.30. With this method of delivery, you will receive your order within 3-4 business days. A signature will be required on delivery. This shipping method is Free of Charge on orders over the value of £20.
Royal Mail Next Business Day Before 1pm - Sent using the Royal Mail delivery network, tracked at a cost of £5.10. With this method of delivery, you will receive your order within 1 business day. A signature will be required on delivery. This shipping method is Free of Charge on orders over the value of £25.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to ensure your order is placed before 2pm for Next Business Day delivery option.
If orders are placed after 2pm, then the order will be processed for the following business day.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have ordered any item(s) from us that are unhappy about, please contact us to arrange your refund and returning of the item(s).
We accept non-faulty items back from our customers with 14 days of delivery however the item(s) must be in a condition that would be suitable for the item to be resold. The item(s) should not be damaged and be in their original packaging.
Any item(s) that you return due to being faulty will be refunded in full, including the delivery charge. The refund will be issued once we have inspected the item(s), you will be notified via email via when you should expect the refund. Customers must allow 14 working days before we refund your order or ship a replacement for the faulty item. We aim to complete all refund processes with 14 working days.
Any items returned after 14 days are not entitled to any refund.
